Terms & Conditions

Birthday Parties are based on availability. Bookings must be made with at least 7 days advance notice. Due to variations in staffing, we can not guarantee which bear will appear. Cancellations 7+ days prior to the reservation will receive a camp credit for the paid amount less a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to a reservation will forfeit the full amount paid. Payment is due upon booking.
